1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. Sonarpur Police Station is represented by Mr. Sabir Ahmed, learned Advocate.

3. It is submitted that steps have been taken immediately after the petitioner's complaint and certain corrugated sheets placed by the petitioner on his land have been disturbed but are intact. It is further submitted that a flag placed by the petitioner on his land has been removed.

4. This Court, therefore, directs the Inspector-incharge, Sonarpur Police Station to take immediate, urgent the coercive steps, if necessary, against the private respondent in the event of any further complaint by the petitioner.

5. In that view of the matter, CPAN 1065 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
