The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of Charge sheet being Charge Section No.533 of 2016 dated 27.12.2016 under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code arising out of Burwan Police Station Case NO.338 of 2016 dated 07.09.2016 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code being G.R. No.1744 of 2016. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners since the date of listing. The revision was last heard on 27.09.2019. 3.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned advocate, who is present in Court is requested to represent the State. Let his appearance be regularized by the appropriate authority.

Considering the nature of allegations in the present case, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate the issues raised in the present petition at the time of trial.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. 6.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
