The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents continue to violate the order of status quo passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat in T. S. No. 315 of 2022.

The remedy of the petitioners is to approach the Civil Court for enforcement of its order or for violation thereof, inter alia, under Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The I. C., Duttapukur Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
