The Court is informed that the parties entered into a compromise in writing. Such compromise was also filed before the Tribunal. Tribunal cited congestion of the list as the reason for posting the matter on November 17, 2023. Without entering into the issue with regard to congestion of the list and the merits of the matter,

we deem it appropriate to request the Tribunal, to hear and dispose of O.A.1320 of 2011 finally on November 17, 2023.

Parties before us put on notice that O.A.1320 of 2011 pending before the Tribunal will be considered and finally disposed of by the Tribunal on November 17, 2023 without affording any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. W.P.L.R.T. 97 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly, without any order as to costs.
