The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding arising out of G.R. Case No.2633 of 2017, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas arising out of Titagarh Police Station Case No.268 of 2017 dated 28.04.2017 under Sections 420, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners since the date of listing. The revision was last heard on 27.09.2019. 3.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocate, who is present in Court is requested to represent the State. Let her appearance be regularized by the appropriate authority.

Considering the nature of allegations in the present case, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate the issues raised in the present petition at the time of trial.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2632 of 2019 is disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. 7.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
