I have perused the order of the Assessor-Collector (South) dated November 29, 2022 which was passed allegedly in compliance of the order passed by the Court on September 22, 2022.

The court is satisfied that the order passed in the writ petition has been substantially complied with. Accordingly, there is no reason to proceed with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application is thus disposed of. 4.

In the event the petitioners intend to seek any further remedy, it will be open for them to approach the competent forum for relief, if so advised. 5.
