Petitioner submits that there has been compliance of the earlier order dated 02.07.2025 passed in WPA 13286 of 2025. A fresh representation has been made to the police authorities on 05.08.2025.

Police report submitted by the State also reflects regarding the steps taken.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, police authorities would assess the ground reality and consider the representation made on 05.08.2025 by the present petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19200 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
