The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 05.07.2019 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Howrah, in Sessions Trial Case No. 134 of 2018 under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the said status of the case, the present revisional application has now become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as 'infructuous'.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
