The present revision has been preferred against an order dated 03.07.2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court at Alipore, District - 24 Parganas (South) in M. Ex. No.80 of 2017. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing. The revision was last heard on 26.09.2019. 3.

In view of the order dated 26.09.2019 in the present revision, the revision is disposed of with the direction that the learned trial court shall proceed with the execution proceedings expeditiously and in accordance with law, if not already disposed of. 4.

The revisional application being CRR 2637 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
