The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside and/or revoking of the impugned order no.12 dated August 27, 2019 in Criminal Appeal No.14 of 2018, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing. The revision was last heard on 20.01.2021. 3.

It appears that the proceedings in the present case arises out of a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and by the order under revision, the learned Sessions Judge was pleased to dismiss the criminal appeal for non-compliance of the Hon'ble Court's order passed in CRR 1422 of 2019.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2639 of 2019 is disposed of with a direction that the learned trial court shall proceed, in the said case, in accordance with law. 5.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. 6.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
