Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is the owner of the vehicle involved in the transaction.

Although the petitioner claims that the petitioner sold the vehicle, the documentary evidence at this stage does not establish that ownership stood transferred in the records of the Government. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4136 of 2022 is dismissed.
