No. 79691 of 2018 under Sections 138/141 of the N.I. Act, 1881, now pending before the learned 11th Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1 is present. On perusal of the petition of complaint before the trial Court, it appears that the complainant has got a prima facie case against the petitioner herein under Section 138 of the N.I. Act read with Section 141 of the N.I. Act.

On hearing the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1 and considering the materials on record, the present revisional application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate all the points taken in the present revision before the trial Court at the appropriate stage.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
