1. None appears for the petitioner. From the order sheet it reveals that on earlier occasions none appeared for the petitioner. On going through the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition we find that allegations made are absolutely vague and the petitioner would state that it has gathered information from public domain and credible sources. However, the source of such information has not been disclosed. Further allegation in the affidavit shows certain personal bias as against few doctors which we cannot entertain in a public interest litigation.
