The order dated July 5, 2023 is sought for clarification by the learned counsel for the respondents.

This Court had made it clear that the report on the findings of the Special Referee would become executable in the Court below. The Court below essentially means the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 10th Court at Alipore.

It is further clarified that the Special Referee shall serve copies of his findings to each of the parties, who shall be at liberty to file the same in the Court below seeking execution in accordance with law. 4.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
