The innocuous prayer of the petitioner in the instant application is for expeditious disposal of the case being N. Case No.111 of 2018 under Section 21 ( c ) of the N. D. P. S. Act pending before the learned Additional District Judge (Special Judge NDPS), 6th Court, Barasat. It is also submitted that the Chemical Examiner's report has not been submitted as yet. The learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the case as expeditiously as the business of the Court permits, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The investigating agency is directed to submit the Chemical Examiner's report before the learned Trial Court, if not already submitted at the earliest.

The instant application is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
