The President Medical Board for Commandant, Command Hospital has indicated in his report that the petitioner is "medically fit with a height of 170 cms". In view of that, the petitioner is physically qualified for the post of Constable (GD).

The petitioner shall, therefore, undergo further stages of physical efficiency and medical fitness and any other tests in the process of recruitment to the post of Constable (GD) in the CAPFs for the year 2022.

The respondents shall take expeditious steps in this regard.

Let a copy of report of the Command Hospital, be made available to the counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
