Report reflects that Parnasree Police Station Case No. of dated 04.11.2023 was registered for investigation and subsequently, on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted in the month of May, 2024 before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore. In view of the charge-sheet having been submitted, the jurisdictional court is in seisin of the matter.

The petitioner being the complainant, if she is aggrieved regarding the outcome of the investigation, would approach the jurisdictional court by invoking the

provisions of section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. or section 193(9) of the BNSS.

If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the same would be disposed of by the learned Magistrate, preferably within 45 days of filing of such application. With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A. 19847 of 2024 is disposed of.
