The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the Misc. Case No.624 of 2018 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violation Act, pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Howrah. 3.

The said prayer of the petitioners being not maintainable, the revisional application is disposed of with the liberty to raise the point of maintainability before the learned magistrate and the learned magistrate shall consider the same in accordance with law. 4.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. 5.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
