The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the Criminal proceeding vide G.R.(s) No.650 of 2019 arising out of New Market Police Station Case No.143 of 2019 dated 04.06.2019 under Sections 354A/509 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court at Calcutta. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing. The revision was last heard on 03.03.2020. 3.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocate, who is present in Court is requested to represent the State. Let her appearance be regularized by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2657 of 2019 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issues raised in the present petition at the time of trial.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. 6.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
