This application is filed by the petitioners praying for an order upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Additional Court, Contai to dispose of the Title Suit No. 43 of 2015 (earlier Title Suit No. 498 of 2009) expeditiously.

Heard learned advocate for the petitioners.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the suit is pending from 2009 and although the report is pending from the Collector, but the said report is not received and that the court below cannot decide the suit without receipt of the report from the Collector. Upon considering the submission of learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Additional Court, Contai is requested to issue necessary reminders to the Collector to submit the report and upon receipt of the report learned trial court shall dispose of the Title Suit No. 43 of (earlier Title Suit No.

of 2009) expeditiously, preferably within ten months from the said receipt.

This application is, thus, disposed of.
