Inadvertent error had crept in the order dated 7th October, 2024 with regard to the cause title. The name "Alok Kumar Mukherjee @ Mukhopadhya" be corrected and read as "Alok Kumar Mukherjee @ Mukhyapadhya".

The Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction.
