Sufficient cause has been shown for non appearance of the learned advocate in the said application and, therefore, the order dated 14.03.2022 is recalled and the matter be restored in its original file and number.

The application being CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

WPA 20284 of 2021 The application of the petitioner is against non consideration of the application under the Right to Information Act in respect of his participation in 1st State level Selection Test, 2016, Recruitment of Assistant Teachers for Higher Secondary Schools (Classes IX and X). This cannot be considered as a matter of education. It is a matter of non-reply of Right to Information Act application. I do not have any determination to take up such matters. The matter is released from my list so that it can be placed before the appropriate bench on taking steps by the learned advocate for the petitioner.
