Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has filed a fresh vekalatnama in the department today. He further files a written instruction on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is unwilling to proceed with the present revisional application who could not be present due to his physical ailments. The written instruction along with the annexed documents be also kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the present revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Copy sent to the department as well as trial court for information.
