None appears on behalf of either of the parties on call, no accommodation sought for.

On earlier occasion, on the prayer of learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the matter was adjourned.

Vide order dated 1.05.2024 this court has directed the petitioners to serve notice as well as the revisional application upon the State through Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta also upon the opposite party no. 2 through registered speed post with acknowledgement due and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date. 4.
This court has also given opportunity to file supplementary affidavit appending the copy of the chargesheet which was subsequently submitted. 5.
Inspite of such directions, no steps have been taken by the petitioners.

This is an application pending since 2018.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this court seems that the petitioners are no more interested to
proceed with the instant case which has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking quashing of the proceedings being GR case no. 321/2018 arising out of Indpur PS case no. 58/2018 dated 17.07.2018 under section 498A of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khatra.

Accordingly, CRR 2729 of 2018 is dismissed for default. 9.
Consequently, the application, if any, is thus disposed of.
10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
11. Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.
