It is submitted by the petitioner, appearing in person, that Criminal Revision No. 93 of 2016 now pending before the 3rd Additional District Judge, First Tract Court, Barrackpore is fixed on 23.02.2022.

The learned court below, which is now headed by a new incumbent, has assured the petitioner that even if the L.C.R., (which is lying before this Court), is not available on the next date, hearing would be conducted on the basis of the case diary and/or certified copies of the records.

This Court notes with anguish the inordinate delay in disposed of the matter by the earlier incumbent in the 3rd Additional District Judge, First Tract Court, Barrackpore. The District Judge, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas shall submit a report before the Registrar Vigilance of this Court the reasons for which the earlier incumbent in the post of 3rd Additional District Judge, First Tract Court, Barrackpore did not comply with the order of this Court, dated 02.03.2020 passed in CRR 681 of 2020.

The Registry of this Court shall within a period of one week from date transmit by special messenger the entire L. C. R. in

connection with G. R. No. 669 of 2015 to the 3rd Additional District Judge, First Track Court, Barrackpore.

With the aforesaid directions, CRR 2531 of 2021 is disposed of.
