The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the impugned proceeding being G.R. No.7910 of 2017 arising out of Sonarpur Police Station Case No.2205 of 2017 which culminated into charge sheet No.2399 of 2017 dated 25.12.2017 under Sections 341/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 24 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2012, presently pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrae, Baruipur at South 24 Parganas.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing. The revision was last heard on 16.01.2020. 3.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Diksha Ghosh, learned advocate, who is present in Court is requested to represent the State. Let her appearance be regularized by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2667 of 2019 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issues raised in the present petition at the time of trial.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. 6.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
