None appears on behalf of the private respondents despite service. The Corporation is represented. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent authority to consider the legal representation filed on their behalf on August 8, 2022.

In view of such submission, the respondent no. 2 or his delegate is directed to consider the representation filed on behalf of the petitioners on August 8, 2022 strictly in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all other necessary parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim of the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the said respondent at the time of consideration of the representation.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward to the aforesaid respondent a copy of the representation dated August 8, 2022 at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
