Terms of settlement duly signed by the parties and the learned advocates representing the parties, have been filed in Court today. Let the same be taken on record. There will be a decree in accordance with the terms of settlement which will form a part of the decree. As per the terms of settlement, liberty is given to Kusum Agarwal (respondent no.1) to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) from the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta which was deposited in compliance with the order dated September 28, 2021, passed by a co-ordinate Bench. The interest that has accrued on the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- will, however, be paid to the appellant no.1 (Good Work Holdings Private Limited) as per the terms of settlement.

Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta, for information and compliance.

FAT 415 of 2019 stands disposed of.
