This is an application made by the Cooperative Society concern for extension of time to implement the order of this Court dated 15th September, 2022 by which order was passed to complete the election in question within a period of six months which has been expired sometimes in January, 2023.

Applicant submits that this application is bonafide and there is no deliberate or intentional attempt to delay in implementation the order of this Court and delay has been caused for the reason beyond the control of the applicant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this application being CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of by extending the time to implement the order of this Court dated 15th September, 2022, for four months from date positively and it is recorded that no further extension will be granted.
