1. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 2 has directly deposited a sum of Rs. 33,83,698/- to the GST Authority through the agency's login ID using the Institute's bank account.

2. In view of the above, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.

4. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
