2. Accordingly, the contempt application being WPCRC 51 of 2025 is disposed of.

3. The contempt application is dropped. The Rule be discharged.

4. Needless to mention that the disposal of the application shall not preclude the authorities under the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973 from taking steps in accordance with law.
