In spite of service none appears for the Staterespondents. On the prayer of Mr. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner to add the Additional District Magistrate and District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Nadia as party-respondent in this writ petition.

Let the cause-title of the writ petition be amended here and now.

The immediate grievance of the petitioner is that though the hearing was conducted on October

29, 2025 by the Additional District Magistrate and District Land and Land Reforms Officer, Nadia, but the decision on such hearing has not been communicated to the petitioner till date.

Mr. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner files a copy of the memo dated October 29, 2025 which is taken on record. After going through the same this Court finds that the decision of hearing that took place on October 29, 2025 has been kept in abeyance on the ground of pendency of this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this writ petition with a direction upon the Additional District Magistrate and District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Nadia, being the added respondent, to communicate the reasoned order passed on the hearing that took place on October 29, 2025 as expeditiously as possible but positively by the end of the month of May, 2026.

Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the added respondent forthwith.
