The order under challenge being an order under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 is appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) thereof as such the instant revisional application is not maintainable, C.O. 2823 of 2024 is dismissed as such. There shall be no order as to costs.

Liberty is granted to the learned advocate-onrecord for the petitioners to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.

This order however will not prevent the petitioners to take out an application for a direction for expeditious disposal of the pending application under Order XXX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
