2. Learned counsel for the parties have pointed out certain typographical errors which are as follows: I.

The date of the order on the first page left hand side has been mentioned as 16.07.2025 instead of 16.06.2025.

On the second page at paragraph 2 in second line "engineer's commissioner" has been typed instead of "advocate commissioner".

III.

On third page at paragraph 4 in 6th line the date has been typed as "6th August, 2022" in place of "6th August, 2020".

IV.

On fourth page at paragraph 5, the judgment "Menoka Rani Dogra Vs. Subir Karati reported in 2016 SCC Online Cal 4273" was cited by the petitioner and the same needs to be deleted as the same has already been mentioned in paragraph 4 at page 3.

3. Let the following corrections be carried out. I.

On page 1, the date of the order be corrected and to be read as 16.06.2025 instead of 16.07.2025;

II.

On page 2 at paragraph 2 in the second line the expression "engineer's commissioner" be corrected and to be read as "advocate commissioner";

III.

On page 3 at paragraph 4, the expression "6th August, 2022" be corrected and to read as "6th August, 2020";

IV.

On page 4 at paragraph 5, the expression "Menoka Rani Dogra Vs.

Subir Karati reported in 2016 SCC Online Cal 4273" be deleted.

4. Remaining contents of the order remain unaltered.

5. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
