IA NO: CRAN/1/2015(Old :CRAN/2537/2015) This is an application under Section 397 read with Sections 401 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for setting aside and/or quashing of the Final Report allowing the accused persons to be discharged from the offence under Sections 403/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code and give the liberty to the petitioner to file "Naraji" petition before the Court of the learned ACJM at Uluberia being Ulupberia P.S. Case No. 219/2009 dated 15.06.2009.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The matter was dealt with on August 13, 2015 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court when no interim order was passed or thereafter no further direction was passed by any of the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

The petitioner never moved the matter before the Hon'ble Court having order from this Court. Considering the long pendency of the matter and the same is running in the Warning List since 21.02.2025, this Court finds no reason to keep the

matter pending further, hence, the instant revisional application is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court immediately.
