It is submitted that the private respondents have obtained sums of money under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojona.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature and civil remedies may be explored in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ application shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
