By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the Appellate authority concerned to consider and dispose of the pending two appeals in question referred in this writ petition relating to assessment year 2018-2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 19195 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent Appellate authority concerned to consider and dispose of both the pending appeals in question together expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.
