Transaction details of the bank has been produced before this Court to show that the amount mentioned in the Bajaj Life Insurance Policy has already been adjusted for arriving at the onetime settlement. The adjustment was made in February, 2022.

In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner praying for refund of the Bajaj Life Insurance Policy cannot be allowed.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
