Allegation against the petitioner is under Section 14A(b) of the Foreigners Act and Section 12 of the Passports Act. The petitioner is unable to produce any document in support of her citizenship. She seeks expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that the prosecution proposes to examine eight witnesses.

In view of the above, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The application for bail is disposed of.
