1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. In view of the fact that the narcotic substance above commercial quantity has been recovered from the motorcycle of which the petitioner is the owner and that the case diary reveals that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
