1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. It is the prosecution case that the petitioner was the one who hurled a bomb causing injuries. Although a chargesheet was filed in September, 2023 naming the petitioner as an accused, the petitioner evaded arrest.

4. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary against the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
