Petitioner is in custody for more than three years. She submits inspite of direction given by this Court, trial has not concluded. She renews her bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He contends petitioner is a conspirator and had aided and abetted her daughter and another to commit murder. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegations are grave. Petitioner is alleged to be a conspirator. Her bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Trial is in progress and number of witnesses have been examined. It cannot be said prosecution is slack in conducting the trial. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
