...... petitioners Mr. Kaushik Chaudhury Ms. Busra Khatoon ....for the petitioners Md. Anwar Hossain Ms. Ratna Ghosh ....for the State Three victims suffered grievous hurt.

The petitioners stand implicated by the injured victims in their statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Consequently, the petitioners do not stand on the same footing as that of the other co-accused, who was granted anticipatory bail on August 10, 2022 passed in CRM(A) 3761 of 2022. Such co-accused was not implicated by the statement of the injured victim.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4140 of 2022 is dismissed.
