The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of the representation dated 15th January, 2024. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the private respondents have unlawfully and illegally encroached on land which belongs to the petitioner and has caused unauthorized construction thereon. The private respondent is represented and submits that there is a civil suit pending in respect of the common areas by and between the petitioner and the private respondent.

The State is represented and does not object to S.D.

any prayer for consideration of the representation. In view of the above, WPA 19795 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider

and dispose of the representation dated 15th January, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the parties.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 5 is to act strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made in this order. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
