3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners/accused has already be discharged from the case by the order of the Learned Trial Court on 05.08.2025. In support of his submission a photocopy of the order is filed and the same be taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.

5. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
