The petitioner submits that although she was called for an interview in the selection process for Asha, but the respondent no. 8 was granted appointment without considering the performance of the petitioner at the viva voce.

It appears from records that there are no pleadings to that effect. The petitioner did not approach the authorities with her objections. The petitioner applied for the post of Asha at Khorjuna Sub-centre.

The Block Medical Officer of Health, Burdwan Block will intimate the petitioner about the outcome of the selection process. The marks obtained by the petitioner in the recruitment process for Asha which was initiated vide notification dated January 3, 2022 shall be disclosed.

The break up of the marks, namely 90% weightage to Madhyamik (Academic Score) and the marks obtained at the viva voce, by the petitioner and the candidates who had been appointed at the Khorjuna Sub-centre, shall be provided.

Such intimation shall reach the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
