1. The petitioners in this writ petition challenge recently concluded Panchayat Election in the State of West Bengal and seek for conducting re-poll. 2.

Similar prayers have already been entertained by the court and the writ petitions are pending.

3. Therefore, we are of the view that there could not be multiplicity of proceedings.

4. However, we grant liberty to the writ petitioners to intervene in the pending writ petitions.

5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
