Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case has already been withdrawn and at present, the revisionist has no grievance against the opposite party.

Perused the office report dated 14.05.2024 submitted in compliance of order dated 30th April, 2024, alongwith a copy of report of Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta, which reveals that C51343 of 2016 has already been withdrawn by virtue of put up petition under Section 257 of Cr.P.C.

This report affirms the contention of the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it is clear that at present complaint case no. C-51343 of 2016 is not in existence, which are the subject matter of this revisional application.

Therefore, this revisional application is dismissed as become infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Application, if any, stands dismissed.
