1. This matter has come at the instance of the department for correction of the order dated 17th August, 2023.

2. It appears that inadvertently in the cause title, after MAT 1517 of 2023, CAN 1 of 2023 was typed.

3. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2023 under MAT 1517 of 2023 shall stand deleted.

4. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 17th August, 2023.

5. Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected accordingly.
