Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioners who are the parents-in-law of the victim housewife subjected her to torture. She committed suicide within one month of marriage.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
